Orders are generally shipped within 2 -7 days (Monday - Friday) using US Post. US Post's delivery standard is 2-7 days. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping outside the USA.

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Sale items are final sale.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

Online shopping is amazing. We are proud to offer a uniquely curated selection of goods. As a small business, shipping is expensive - we do not get postage deals like Amazon or other big corporations. The amount we charge for shipping rarely covers the actual cost of shipping. Therefore, to reduce the chance that a product is not right for you and will require refund or exchange, we encourage you to reach out to us with your questions. Please email us! Items being shipped back to us for return or exchange must be postage paid and shipped in their original or equivalent packaging. For returns, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. For exchanges, the cost of shipping the item back to the customer will be covered by us. One exchange is permitted.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We highly recommend you include insurance when you purchase postage for returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition. Exchanges will ship out after the product has been received in good condition, 2-7 days.
